Pilgrims head to Makkah for 2nd pandemic haj

MAKKAH: Pilgrims will begin to arrive in the Muslim holy city of Makkah on Saturday for the second downsized haj staged during the coronavirus pandemic with only fully vaccinated residents permitted to participate.
