Ethiopia declares nationwide emergency as rebels advance: state media

ADDIS ABABA: Ethiopia’s cabinet on Tuesday declared a nationwide state of emergency after Tigrayan rebels seized two crucial towns in an apparent push towards the capital, state-affiliated media reported.
