SINGAPORE: All travellers arriving in Singapore from Malaysia via the land Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) will be required to undertake an Antigen Rapid Test (ART) upon arrival, said the republic’s Ministry of Trade And Industry (MTI) today.
