Report: CIA chief held secret meeting with Taliban in Kabul

WASHINGTON: Central Intelligence Agency chief William Burns held a secret meeting in Kabul with Taliban co-founder Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, the Washington Post reported Tuesday.
